m = 0.006165 × d²  kg/m These are nominal weights, from the nominal diameter and a density of 7,850 kg/m³. What a mill actually delivers falls inside the tolerance band of the governing standard, and where it falls inside that band is a commercial question, not a technical one. I wrote about that here.
